Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped and before production has started.
If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders already handed to the shipping carrier cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after the order is received.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and remain in the same condition as received.
All original packaging must be included with the returned product.
A valid purchase confirmation or order proof must be provided.
Please contact customer support before sending any return. Return instructions must be issued first and followed correctly.
Customers will not be charged more than one total shipping fee, including original delivery and return shipment where applicable.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
After approval, return instructions will be sent.
Returns requested for personal reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
For damaged items, defective products, or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be covered.
