Processing & Shipping
Most orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within five business days after payment confirmation.
Once the parcel has shipped, delivery generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier route.

Changing the Shipping Address
Address changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.
Once processing begins, shipping address updates may no longer be available.

Customers may ship orders to an address different from the billing address used during checkout.
Order Fulfillment Days
